No refunds
Anton does not offer refunds for paid subscriptions, organization seats, or credit top-ups after a purchase is completed. This includes unused credits and any unused portion of a billing period. This policy does not limit any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
Canceling a plan
You can schedule a plan cancellation from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the plan will not renew after that date. Canceling does not refund the current period. Monthly plan credits expire at renewal; purchased top-up credits carry forward only while the member's paid plan remains available.
Billing questions
If you believe a charge is incorrect or a payment was made without your authorization, contact support@antonvideo.app with the account email and invoice or purchase reference. We will review the charge and address any correction or remedy required by law.
