Using Anton
These terms apply to the Anton website, desktop editor, and related account and billing services. By using Anton, you agree to these terms. If you use Anton for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.
You are responsible for your account activity and for using Anton in accordance with applicable law. Do not use the service to violate others' rights, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
Your content and AI features
You retain your rights to the media and projects you bring to Anton. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use, edit, and export that content. Anton's desktop projects and original media are stored locally on your device.
When you choose an online AI feature, Anton may send the prompt and the audio, sampled frames, or selected proxy needed for that request to online services. Review AI suggestions and generated results before using or publishing them.
Plans, seats, and credits
The editor has free features; paid plans and credit purchases enable eligible AI usage. Current prices and allowances are shown before checkout. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Organization owners or admins manage member plans and purchases for their organization.
Plan credits reset and unused plan credits expire at renewal. Purchased top-up credits carry forward while the member's paid plan remains available. Adding a paid member charges the full seat price for the current billing period without moving the organization's renewal date. Plan changes and cancellations take effect at renewal; removing a member may end that member's access immediately.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
Service changes and access
We may update Anton, its features, and these terms as the service develops. We may suspend access when needed to protect the service, other users, or legal compliance. We will post updated terms on this page with a new update date.
